Amazon has had several problems with Nintendo. And it has nothing to do with returns. Amazon stopped selling certain 3DS models, colors or the entire hardware catalog at one point or another in the past 2 years. Each time it seems to have been an issue with inventory distribution levels, shipping issues or debate over retailer margins. Hardware itself was never a concern. It was only speculated by some media outlets.
