1) Nope, for example, the creators of this site conceptualised people flaming, so they made a rule against it. Does that make them evil, in any sense? lol the problem i'm having with that analogy is that you're claiming that something is only evil if it has been punished or can be punished... which makes no sense... evil is not defined by punishment

 

btw... intelligence dictates that if we say all things spawned from something then that means ALL things not just a portion... and thinking about flaming because someone has views that differ from yours isn't very intelligent at all imo
