If you know your neighbors,  Your Neighbors know yur schedule... which means your ass is getting robbed while your at work.

He didn't say black neighbors. But I lived in such a neighborhood for four years in South Florida and was never so much as greeted rudely. I even left my car door open...twice, and my neighbors actually closed it for me. For all intents and purposes, I should have been robbed blind or mugged several times over my years there, if they were really that bad in that kind of neighborhood. Thankfully it is not that bad.
