No, because you can make the rules and the OFFENSE or CRIME or EVIL ACT, e.g. murder, or possession of a banned substance, sex with monkeys whatever, but making up the offence doesn’t make you the offender.  So even if God created the offence called EVIL, that doesn’t mean he is evil. Again, it is the one that breaks the rules is evil – no?.

It’s like you’re saying the guy that thought up that murder should be a crime, that person is evil, because he thought it up?
