"Its an open world game, they could make an open world game for PS3, duh. But they cant make that open world game. ANd physics are already different the particle affects are way more advanced. The AI is more advanced, you didnt even read up on th game."
He is speaking about what he saw about those games. And if you want one piece of advice : Do not thrust devs about ingame stuff when they're trying to sell you a game.
