Why do you question the tracking system? Are you claiming it's massively overtracked, somehow? If so, based on what? Beyond that, in the same post, you then say "if VGC is right" regarding the Vita.

Which is it?

That's what I mean. Is VGC right? I don't know. I do believe the PS3 is somewhat over tracked, probably around 300k, but Im not certain on it. I would say however that the PS360 are closer than it would seem on VGC. And my question with the tracking comes for Rest of World sales, really. I guess that's something we won't know to be true either way for some time, though.

Why 300K? Based on what? Yes, I'm on point, because I keep hearing these type of things with little to coincide and dispute our data. And this is for all figures and all consoles/games. Like a broken record.

Well, I don't know, TBH I haven't checked the figures that closely but it just seems about right. I mean, it's 13 weeks, right? So this means that the PS3 shipped on average less than 100k a week for this quarter, but it's been selling about 120k a week, according to VGC. So 25k x 13 is 325k. That's where my figure came from.

But as I say, it could be well off. It's just a thought, not a malicious one of course.
