I say this because 3DS sales for the quarter are most definitely up (at least in the West). I'm not too worried about it anyways, next 3 quarters should show where the 3DS really is. Also Wii U still has a chance this holiday season. It really depends how the games sell but I think it will at least have a better first year than the PSV. |
3DS sales really aren't up THAT much in the West. They got a nice bump in June from the Animal Crossing bundle, but that's not a monster bump. Prior to June most months were either flat and below 2012 for the 3DS here. Europe is up, but Japan is down a little this year so far.
