Heck no. I've dated many black (and Indian, Asian and Hispanic) women from all over the world (NA, Caribbean, Africa, Brazil) and am now married to one. Have many black friends. They are just people like everyone else.
I concur, people are only intimated because they don't have any social interactions with people from other cultures.
