2) It is certainly not entirely true, there's a lot of ethnic, racial and human phenotypes diversity. It simply varies from Europeoid to Mongoloid types depending on the region and individual background (with strong emphasis on the former of course), rather than Negroid-Europeoid types diversity. E.g., this is how my greatgrandfather looked, while I have typical Nortid-Pontid phenotype. There're indigenous negroids over here on top of so called Festival or Lumumba kids, but they are rare.
