What Wii U has that Vita doesn't are dedicated high-quality exclusives. I bet the PS4 connectivity will help the Vita, but it won't be something that'll last the entire generation. If Nintendo continue their streak of quality games for the next 5 years, they'll easily sell about 60-80 million Wii U units. PS Vita 50 Million+ during it's lifetime for sure.
