PS4, I don't think it will be all that close either to be honest (worldwide).
Just too much developer support.
Final Fantasy XV will probably be ready for 2014, so will Metal Gear Solid V, and Bungie's Destiny, and I think the PS4 will have the superior versions of all three of those games because it has a better GPU. And probably the first "real" next-gen Madden NFL and Call of Duty for the fall season.
Then there's Sony internal teams who I'm sure by fall 2014 will have some good stuff ready.
That plus the $100 cheaper price point will be huge for Sony.
