Then you must be doing something wrong, it will be a night and day difference.

Downloaded them ==> Extracted the file ==> Located all the files and folders in one folder ==> Opened "Oblivion Mods Manager" ==> Clicked on Creat and chose that file ==> Checked the file to let it work
