Sorry, this topic is about the WiiU e-shop, and I did this with the 3DS. I'm pretty sure it works with both stores though.

I had it in Alberta, Canada since it has the lowest taxes.

Really? I choose Alberta because it was the first option. Really got lucky I guess hahaha
