No i cant even access the eshop in my region. The only way i get access to it is if i make a US account and change the country settings to USA on the console but even then i cant buy the games because my credit card needs to have a USA address attached to it. There are $20 points cards on Amazon for $27 dollars and it makes no sense ordering them because i would have to pay around the same price just for shipping. Basically i would be paying around $50 just to have $20 credit on the Wii U. Its frustrating because i cant even buy games that would not be avaliable on disc.

That's a little different.

"I can't buy them" =/= "they're too expensive". You choose to live in a country, you get whatever price it is.
