GTA V definitely seems to have a good shot, I just hope the reviews will be a bit more fair compared to how GTA IV was reviewed, which in my opinion was highly overrated, 98 on meta? That would require an almost flawless game, which GTA IV certainly was not.
Now that critiques have seen a lot this gen, maybe they won't review the game just for being the first big thing of this generation, which I think GTA IV got it's high reviews for partially.
Others? I don't really think so, there will be games with around 90 meta or even a bit over that, but I don't think GotY material compared to those two games. Forza 5 and GT6 will probably gather over 90 meta, but noone treats those titles as GotY, only racing GotY, and I think that's reasonable.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
