This is the only thing I agree with as far as what they got wrong. Zynga is nowhere as bad as Activision with Kotick as the head.

WHAT? Zynga is at least as bad if not worse. Wholesale ripoffs of other games, Insider trading, pure skinner box design, aquiring studios to explot the IP and then dumping the staff, lead gen scams, and a business model built of spamming facebook.
