I don't think it's a good idea. He's been at NoA longer than most execs, yeah, but I doubt he'll be there until he retires twenty years from now. The game should only include A) characters from popular franchises, and B) fictional characters. Reggie would be the only Nintendo character ever to be based off of someone from real life. And a business executive, no less. Not like he's a powerful athlete or something like that.
I don't think it makes any sense.
The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
