I would third (?) the advise to get a named brand power supply, it is important that you don't try and save money there
I would recommend a 760 or 660, but certainly upgrade from a 650 ti, it is definitely worth the money
Looking at that build, the only bottleneck is the graphics card, you could stick a 780 in there and not change anything except the power and the 780 would still be the bottleneck
Anyway, I would massively recommend a small SSD boot drive, though I am not hugely familiar with AMD, I went with Intel/Nvidia for my build
