I'd say go for slightly more powerful video card. Maybe a gtx 760 or even a 650 Ti boost. You can look how they stack up with other competing cards here. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html
Rest of the stuff seems okay. You could do away with ivy bridge processor and spend the money you save on video card. I am sure someone can throw some light on that. All the best :)
