No. And no one I know thinks Black people are better than them, either. That's ridiculous. (For anyone to think about anyone.)
So this whole thread just gets a "NO" stamped on it.
Edit: Although I would like to point out that I live in a pretty safe city overall. There aren't many murders, or break ins, or the sort. So it's not like I live in or anywhere around an area that could be considered "The Ghetto."
