Yep I'm grasping at straws. Sony has a magic OS that runs on 1gb of ram but also offers multitasking, instant switching, etc just like the Xbox One OS. Can't the Vita do multitasking and instant switching already?  That couldn't use much more than a gb of ram.  

Yes it can. But for some apps you have to quit the game to use it.
