This reminds me of the time before the iPad launch and people were complaining that it had little ram. The people that actually had hands on with the device on the other hand all agreed that it did what it was advertised to do.
Devs aren't complaining. They've all been happy with what they've been allowed to work with (except one Indie dev that didn't say that he was unhappy but that you can never have enough). If devs aren't worried, why the hell should we be? If the PS4 does as advertised, why the hell should we care what's under the hood? I don't care if there's nothing but a magic paperclip and some fancy string in the box, as long as it does what I paid for and lasts.
