Ubisoft has confirmed via Gryphonofmight detective Twitter skills, that Rayman Legends will cost the same on all the home consoles. And that the pricing was a mistake.

@JonGryphon Sorry for the confusion it was a mistake on our store. We can confirm the pricing for Wii U, PS3 & Xbox 360 prices are the same.
Nice, so Rayman Legends will cost the same around the board. Rayman Legends drops August 30th for the PS3, Xbox 360, PS Vita, PC, and Wii U.
