Frank Welker is probably the most impressive voice actor in history; from Freddy in the original Scooby Doo cartoons, to Megatron in the '80s Transformers to Dr. Claw in Inspector Gadget, I almost guarantee that anyone reading this has heard his voice in something they've seen before:
