Will Third parties ( including Shovelware companies) be focusing hard on the 3DS by this time next year?

Actually, Japanese 3rd are slowly shifting to Vita : Vita has more 3rd party projects in developement than 3DS atm. Western 3rd parties still totally ignore handhelds and indies bet on Vita. PSVita wins here.
