Because sales don't matter much in this business.

Activision had no serious interest to put CoD on the Vita. Declassified only happened because Sony really wanted CoD. Hence why it wasn't developed by an Activision studio, but Nihilistic who got half a year to do the job. Sony offered bundles and covered marketing costs. This year Activision still doesn't care and Sony doesn't care anymore either, so no CoD for Vita.

I don't think  Call of duty Desclassified made less profit then Call of dutty black ops II in wii u that`s why i am suprise that Activision  ignore Vita.

A good port of Call of duty in Vita by Activision should do very well.
