The Vita/3DS Dilemma ( I have a Vita look down at the link)

Of course, i also use it when i know im gonna have to wait somewhere. But i use my Vita daily before going to sleep.

From what I've seen (not sure if it's changed), but I heard the Vita browser is barely any better than the 3DS one.

Nem's right.  Vita's browser is pretty awesome these days.  You can even go to certain sites and, if it won't let you view the video then and there, it automatically downloads that video for later.  It's quite capable.
