Buttons are more reliable because you can use them in any situation. At night, for example, using voice commands might be restricted. Also, voice commands aren't suited for small tasks that require very little time to perform, or complex tasks that require any details. What voice commands are good for, though, are quick jumps to completely different places in the interface.
Anyway, you guessed it: buttons.
