TBH I think there will be more sales in the short run, same sales in the long run. As time goes on the gap between XB1 and PS4 prices will shrink to the point that they are no more than $50 apart at that point people will just buy what they did last time or what their frineds did.
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
