Why, exactly, I wouldn't know, but it would make sense, as Activision has been hush-hush about the Wii versions of Call of Duty to the point that you wonder why they bother (they're only hurting themselves by not discussing it), but Activision's silence about Wii/U versions does coincide with that agreement they signed with Microsoft
I mean, it's certainly not in Activision or Nintendo's interests to act like the Wii/U versions of Call of Duty don't exist, unless Activision was being otherwise incentivized to specifically downplay them.
