I actually don't even know who that guy is, seems like some kind of wanna-be Rol, but I just looked through some of the recent threads about this subject. You might want to take off your lime-colored glasses. Most of the posts against trashed small developers and games and completely denied that there was a problem. Microsoft's change proves that Microsoft itself thought there were things that needed to be addressed, which is proof that those people were wrong. I said all along that Microsoft would fix their issues but most of the responses to that were that "indie developers are complaining over nothing." You can try to pretend otherwise but those threads are all still there for everyone to see.
