Talk. Duh lol.
How often do you sit down at the couch after a commercial only to realize the remote is ten feet away? The only negative I can see is scrolling through menus. Pressing the down button 20 times in the guide isn't too bad but saying "down" 20 times over would kinda suck.
Plus most of you guys are forgetting that Kinect V2 will be really good at only listening to specified users. The trolling opportunities don't/shouldn't exist in the real world.
