Hm. A game where you have a toy ship inside a water bottle. You tilt the water bottle to move the ship because the content inside the bottle has a scenery that the boat travels through. As you progress through the game, the boat and the bottle gets bigger. The game ends when you beat the last level, the gas inside the bottle is too much and blows up and the ship which has turned into a huge real life ship is now on the ocean sailing towards a horizon.
Gameplay is done already, but I don't think there's ever been a game about a boat in a bottle.
