Well, I wouldn't say the law of physics are imperfect, but our understandings of them. But I don't think you are reffing to physics that much but chemistry. I would say physics doesn't have much to to directly with the organic chemistry problems and diseases you stated.

I would question, if God is such a loving God, why are so many people tortured, murdered and molested.  There is such a tremendous amount of suffering in the world.  I just read a story about a man with ASL (Lou Gehrig's Disease which is just a horrible slow way to die) who had to go to court to get the state to recognize his marriage so his husband can be buried next to him when he dies.  How on earth is it loving to have a dieing man so disrespected and having to go to court while he is suffering for something so simple and a final wish.

Plus, if God created the Universe, why would that creator care about some tiny world, and a tiny's person on it, and wither or not their soccer teams wins.
