Computers do come with Camera's, but I can run them on OS's without the software to access it, I can also physically unplug it by opening my laptop up. Im not insulting you per-se, just saying that your concerns are pretty much baseless at this point and you are just feeding into your own fears.
A radio can be turned off when the car is on....you merely have to push a button to activate it and can cease it just as easily.
Focus on things you know are security risks like your phone, and don't worry about thigns that are not only not out yet, but have a track record of being untouched by government demands (referring to 360/kinect 1.0)
