I disagree.  My wrist would hurt after 2-3 hours of playing FPS on Wii.

That's too bad.  Considering the play time that I've logged using this method (and Curl above as well), It's clearly a case by case situation to be generous.

Guess it depends on the person's wrist and how much they can take.  I logged in over 300-500 hours for both WaW and BO.  So I probably played at least 600 hours of both games.

Do you play with your arm completely rested on your lap, a pillow, or an armrest?  It's really comfortable and all it takes is very subtle wrist movement to where the pointer can access any part of your TV screen via proper placement of the sensor bar.

If so, then yeah, that kinda sucks for you, I guess.  There were times in Prime 2 where I was running around completely lost and didn't even care just because the sensation of maneuverability that said set-up provided was so liberating and fun.

Nope, I used to play FPS (stopped playing them but will go back and finish Goldeneye on Wii soon) with my elbow resting on my thigh and my arm slanted up holding the Wiimote.  That is probably why my wrist would start to strain.  I never rested my entire arm on my leg or pillow.  I also would lean forward (hunched over kind of) while playing.  Basically, my whole posture while playing FPS wasn't good for my body.  However, I felt more into the game in this position.  Loved the pointer controls though and it made me dislike dual analog the more I played with Wiimote/nunchuck.
