That is the 360 pad sure, but I find the ergonomics of the GCN pad to be more comfy. I liked the Z-click on the analog triggers too.

make a new one for the Wii U with those improvements, and bam! :

They really should offer this as an alternative to the Pro Controller, but what's with the random mic?
