Really? I keep my arm in my lap and move the Wii controller with my wrist so i dont have to hold my arm up. Its quite comfortable imo.

That is very bad for your wrist, I used to know the exact details but I forgot them XD.  Basically you can get carpel tunnel syndrome.  There is this nerve in your wirst, I forgot the exact name, and when you bend your wrist you are compressing that nerve and exerting a stress to it.
