I'm pretty sure NIS is smaller than Atlus.

They definitely are smaller, though they are private so who knows what they do have onhand (probably not enough).

But they have a similar philosphy to Atlus and would be a good fit. 

Hmm, I sorta like the idea of Tecmo Koei.  They have been great with Gust (letting Gust make their games, their way).

Hell, even Bamco has been halfway decent lately with Tales (early this gen I really thought Bamco just plain hated the idea of making money)
