I do not see the issue here. Its a good thing.

That's probably the worst part actually. It lulls parents in a false sense of security and makes them assume their kids are protected rather than keepings tabs and actually parenting. There are always methods to get around blocks; just look at the pirate bay, blocked... but not really.

The other point is what to ban and what not to ban. Who decides what constitutes porn? Who decides what's harmful? It sets a bad prescedent.
