Why should they spend upwards of £250 to get a Vita and a game, when a good number of said games are multiplatforms, or niche titles, or didn't perform well critically, when they could get the much cheaper 3DS with an equally as broad library, but with a greater depth and market penetration? Yeah, it really doesn't sound as promising when you say it like that. Until Sony shows the Vita some love, which right now is highly unlikely, tells the masses why they should buy their system, and actually get some killer apps on the system, nothing will change. Which, whilst it's a shame, is no one's fault but Sony's. |
