Well, considering the PSP is last in hardware this week in both the U.S. and Others so far, and the software numbers are just horrile (18k in Others.), I would not say it is "doing well" people. The PSP is not a gaming device since it sells no games. It will never take anything away from the DS or any Nintendo handheld. It would not be a good idea for Sony to release a second handheld unless they don't bother with games and just make it a multimedia only device. Just another bad decision by Sony IMO.
P.S. I own a PSP with quite a few games and I still believe everything I said.
