I liked Re6... Mercenaries mode is awesome, and would be a pretty good game by itself.
The game is like a B-Movie Extravaganza so it is entertaining to me. It's not a masterpiece, and it has a ton of problems but it was a lot of fun.
That said it needs to decide what it wants to be. And get rid of the really dumb QTE's that plague single player. 4 and 5 and a ton of polish to it. While 6 single/co-op campaign was a mess of trying to be action, trying to be horror, trying to be cinematic. etc. I'm not really for reboots, they should just create a new series if they need to reboot imo.
