NES = great
SNES = great
N64 = pure awesome. What I found with the N64 controller is that you needed a minimum level of intelligence to use it. All my smarter friends didn't have any issues and all my not so intelligent friends struggled with it big time.
Gamecube = great apart from the small d-pad.
Wii Controller = great too. I can't believe OP only liked this on Zelda. Do you like buy games at all lol? Have you played RE4, Godfather, COD?
Wii U gamepad = great for local multiplayer and feels comfortable.
Wii U pro, nice fit in hands for an adult.
