Honeslty from the pics in the first post it looks like Driveclub has more detail in its cars and environments, but tbh it looks like Forza has more interesting environments, but that is probably because Driveclub didn't show its most interesting maps yet. Also I think a 30fps game should only look better than a 60fps game if they are using the full potental of the hardware. Since these are launch titles I highly doubt that so I think one could be 60fps and still look better if it is a more demanding game.

Who says that the 60fps-game takes the full potential while the other one doesn't? 30fps should *always* look better than 60fps because of the at least twice the ressources available.
