The two biggest issue here, and ive said this about people working for companies who've said mega positive about a the Xbox is:
1. The news item states the guy says on paper. This is BS... because if he is only working on the XboxOne then he hasnt worked with the PS4, so he doesn't know how it performs in comparison.
2. Annonymous... thats always a great get out claus for random comments about "I prefer this console" to another.
I have no doubt that the PS4 is a more powerful machine, and tech wise is better, but this report is a waste of time, because the guy hasn't worked with a PS4.
In terms of the % of developers, well I would say that i don't agree with that also :)
Most if not all AAA games companies will be making games for both consoles. If you are making a game for PS4 you will be making it for XboxOne unless you have an exclusivity deal. Why because at this point, its the smartest thing to do.
Now the only group of people this may not relate to is Indie developers, because as of right now Sony are doing a much better job of getting indies, and the whole self publishing stuff is massive, and this is why MS are trying to change their policy about this. SO If these % were for AAA devs, I call Bs, if its for indies I would say that sounds more realistic.
