I don't think it will take that long to get a significant price cut. I'm sure the X1 will get a major price cut before next years holiday season. There is also a good change that Dead Rising 3 will end up in next years X1 holiday bundle since it is published by Microsoft. Also most games are not worth buying at full retail price unless you are made out of money or a die hard fan of a particular franchise.
