Your sentiment, is, however, correct. It's in big part why I took a break from the site for a while. Don't watch too many trailers, don't read too many gaming news, don't overdo it with reviews (in fact, don't read any "pro" review), and you'll enjoy gaming more. It's better when you are surprised, and I am very selective with what I read/watch here. Gaming is more fun in complete/near complete oblivion. I recommend that you get an RSS feed from a good gaming website so you're up to date with releases, though.
