Tekken for the most part always had wonderful presentation. Here its non existent and im not a fan of the art style they went with. But the mechanics feels like older tekken games less bounces they also change laws moves quite a bit.

Yeah, the lack of presentation is a little jarring.  Being a long time fan, there was always loads of extras and tidbits, like extra art, character movie endings, etc.  Not to mention, the graphics were usually the most or near most beautiful for fighters in their respective generations (Tekken 3 blew everything away in its time, Tekken 5 was only bested by DOA3 and Ultimate on way better hardware and that's debatable because the art style in my opinion was better in the former).

Revolution has the same character entry animations and backgrounds no matter the stage and a small choice of stages (which aren't bad, but not nearly as epic as some used in the past).  I don't know what the current king of fighter graphics is, but I'd say it's less definitive than in past generations because the influx of 2d fighters have given the genre so much style.

Still, for a free option on a console there is no competition, at least not until Killer Instinct comes around.  If you want the typical Tekken presentation, I think Namco knows they have that covered with their retail products, but for a free game that doesn't require anything of the player aside from a little adaptation to the model (as a consumer we tend to look at what we don't get in comparison to Tekken Tag 2 or Tekken 6, but those released with $60 pricetags so to me it's just not comparable), I am pretty damn impressed.
