edit: Note, this last chart is meant to reflect that people prefer to spend less and thus are considered to have voted for every category less than theirs. This weighting is best reflected in the percentages.
PS - There is a great deal of ambiguity in their numbers but I'm fairly sure I have it right.
Edit: Checking my %'s with theirs I noticed he failed to round properly as well. You always round to the nearest in percentages so it adds up correctly (occasionally a 5 can muck things up but it happens).
